20 min doodle based on a conversation with a friend I played Twisted Treeline with earlier, who said that he was a dwarf with a toothpick compared to my Zac that grew freakishly large in size upon reaching 4k hp. Hiding in brushes made zero sense. Punching Cho’Gath in his ugly face and making him run away like a panicked chicken has never been so satisfying though. Hey, I just want my revenge for Cho’Gath Eats The World. So I’ll start by punching every single Cho I meet.

And no, he isn’t hiding because he’s naked and needs a suit.

(Also, I went out of the way to actually ask Klei about Wilson and his “pitch black” arms syndrome that many artists still confuse for gloves/sleeves. The answer was, as I anticipated, that it’s simply a product of the sketchy style he’s drawn in. I know a lot of artists who still get confused by this (so was I), but I hope this clears things up — that is, assuming the person behind Klei twitter account knows what he’s talking about but I personally have no reason to doubt. =P)

Hi Tumblr! Sorry for the inactivity. Your humble servant has been on an unexpected hiatus due to PC promptly dying after about 4 years of faithful service (RIP, old girl).

Currently trying to make use of the 7 years old laptop with 512RAM until I get a new machine. It takes up to 5-10 minutes to load a single browser page (Ay caramba!). I’ve also been watching a crapton of The Simpsons though you probably can’t tell. Needless to say, it’s been a very thrilling two months (not).

In other exciting news, I just ate the worst apple. It was like chewing on a crumbly old sponge.

(PS: Drawing this tiny picture put my SAI’s memory load to 93%. This is a record so far.)

Modeled in Sculptris, posed and rendered in ZBrush this time (hooray I’m learning!).

I’ll probably be laughing really hard at this model later on. But that’s the inevitable part of improvement (at least I hope there is some).

Critique and rendering tips are very welcome, as I had to figure out how to render by using the trusted “mash all the buttons” method (internet crapped out at the worst time, boo!). Will be moving to ZBrush soon. Scary!

I’ve been a huge Gorillaz fan for about 10 years now. I love love LOVE everything about Jamie Hewlett’s style but GOD, is it a bitch to imitate.

This was done just for fun, also as a warm-up. Gotta get back on track and draw some original stuff for once, argh!
